“There’s a Serpent in Your Life” is our Ordinary Bitter, and we are oh-so-pleased to enter our third Cask Ale into the mix. Mashed with Riverbend Malt Southern Select and a touch of Crystal Malts. Hit very hard on the hot side with a touch of Fuggles and a massive dose of Willamette. Fermented low and slow with our Pub Yeast, bunged for 100% natural carbonation on Cask, and then bumped up with CO2 for Draft and Cans.
Come rip some 4.0% ABV hand-pulls in the taproom, and take some cans home for future enjoyment!
We experience English breakfast cookies, a hint of Orange Marmalade on Wheat Toast, a cup of English Breakfast Tea with a touch of Honey. Ultra crushable, with just enough Malt and Hop character to keep you coming back. Hell yes.
