Well, would ya look at that! If you live in the great state of North Carolina, you can have DSSOLVR shipped right to your door! There is no minimum on 4 packs or bottles and there is a maximum limit of 12 4-packs/bottles per order. Just make sure someone 21+ will be home to accept the delivery to avoid having your package returned. Read below for more FAQs and info. See below for more info about that great news! As always, we have preorder pick-up available (no same day pickups).
Where can I ship beer to?
Currently, we only are able to ship to addresses in North Carolina but are hoping to have other states added to the list in the future.
Can I order single cans?
At this time, no. But single Bottles are available!
What are your shipping order minimums? Maximums?
There is no minimum for 4-packs/bottles and our maximum is 12 4-packs/bottles per order.
What are the packaging and shipping fees?
We use flat rate shipping fees on all orders. Prices include packaging and shipping fees.
What beers are available for shipment?
Shipping availability varies due to fluctuations in our inventory. Not all brands will be available at all times.
Whoops! I selected shipment when I wanted to pick-up! What do I do?
No worries! Just shoot us an email at [email protected] and we’ll refund you the shipping fee and change it to pick-up for the taproom.
What days do you ship?
We ship on Mondays and Thursdays. If your order comes in after 2PM on a Thursday, it will be shipped out the following Monday.
What if someone other than me will be receiving the delivery?
If you’re purchasing beer for someone else, or if another member of your household will be accepting the delivery on your behalf, please provide their name and telephone number in the “Order Notes” section of the check-out page. Please make sure that whoever is accepting the delivery is prepared with their ID and is 21+ years of age.
Shipping Address Limitations:
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Mail Boxes, or internationally.
Adult Signature is Required: As these Products contain alcohol, we are required to ship with an Adult Signature Required sticker, which means you will be required to show your ID to the delivery driver prior to taking delivery. In the interest of avoiding missing deliveries, we suggest using your place of work as the delivery location. You may also opt to pick up your package at a shipping facility near you. If the recipient is found to be under the age of 21 by the shipping company, the order will be returned and no refund will be given.
If your package of Products is returned to us, we may re-ship it to you for an additional shipping charge equal to the actual shipping cost. Any order that is refused or returned after three attempts to deliver will not be refunded. Shipping and packaging charges will not be refunded. In addition, the buyer will be responsible for any additional fees incurred to have the product returned to us.
Liability for Damage:
We are not liable for damages to Products caused by weather conditions and/or “Acts of God” during transportation. “Acts of God” include catastrophes such as, but not limited to, plane crashes, unforeseeable delays or accidents, destruction due to domestic and international unrest (i.e. riots, war, public enemies) confiscation, quarantine, or natural disaster.
Pricing and Inventory: Price and availability are subject to change without notice. Once your payment is confirmed we will make every effort to ship your order within 5 business days. Some orders may take a little longer during peak seasons. If you place an order and an item is out of stock we will contact you and ask you if you would like a refund or if you would like to wait until we receive the product.
LOCAL DELIVERY INFO:
Currently our Local Delivery is turned off to focus more on our taproom experience. Thanks to everyone that ordered in the past and supported us through 2020!
If you place an order in our online store and select the “Brewery Pickup” option, we’ll get your order set aside and ready to go for your arrival. Select your pickup date and time (sorry, no same day pickup) and voila!
