Our first foray into the world of Cheesecake Sours has been brought back to life by way of Gluten-Free Sour, and we’re pretty hype to bring this one back after a VERY long hiatus.
“Nightmare Engine” is a Mango Cheesecake Gluten-Free Sour. Conditioned on a boatload of Mango, Cheesecake, and a touch of Lactose. Hope ya dig it! Or not. It’s whatever.
We experience a big ol’ slice of Cheesecake simply covered in Mango jam with a nice and light Cinnamon dusting, a delicious and quenching Mango Frappe, and exactly three pieces of dried Mango rehydrating in your mouth while you cut up a Cheesecake for your dinner guests that you really weren’t expecting to stay as long as they did, but now you’re all talking about politics and vaccines and your dessert breakaway is your only chance for sanity.
