Mashed with Rivebend Malt 2-Row and a bevvy of Oat and Wheat malts, hit in the Whirlpool with BRU-1, and fermented with our House IPA yeast before being spunded for natural carbonation. Dry-hopped once with Sabro, then Dry-hopped AGAIN with a bevvy of Cascade, Strata, more Sabro, and a heavy dusting of Citra Cryo. THEN it was conditioned on a boatload of Coconut and a heavy dose of Madagascar Vanilla.
We experience something akin to sitting by the pool sipping a nice Pina Colada, Pineapple wedges dipped in some Marshmallow dip and topped with Cool-Whip, a bit of Mango jam, and a fresh glass of OJ straight out of a Coconut.
