“Anniversary 4” is our annual release where we select a single barrel and release it without any adjuncts, showcasing our barrel aging program as best we can! This year, we selected an Imperial Baltic Porter that had been aging for 31 Months in a single 6yr Old Fitzgerald Bourbon Barrel.
We experience tiny sips of rich and velvety Hot Chocolate drinks, a couple-a premium sniffs of sun-kissed leather, a smooth bit of oaky vanillin drenched in Bourbon, and the feeling of four years of mayhem and chaos!
