THANK YOU FOR EXISTING! IT’S KÖLSCH!

We’ve slowly and steadily been making small tweaks with each batch of TYFE, and really nailed it down process-wise. So, we made the leap of faith to make this a locally-focused beer and get it in-line with our core values. We’ll keep tweaking this beer over the course of forever, but for now, this is a fun toe-dip into what we want to be all about: a sense of pride in our home of AVL. HELL YEAH!!

We get MUCH more complexity from start to finish, and are pretty damn stoked on this. Just as easy-drinking as before, with a more pronounced malt character up front, and the classic ultra-clean Kölsch finish.
