“Why’d You Come in Here…” is a new and exciting Hard Seltzer modeled kinda-sorta after a riffed out Painkiller meets a Drunken Monkey (tiki cocktail stuff). We started with our base Seltzer recipe fermented with a whole shit-ton of fun fruit juices: Dark Cherry, Pineapple, Orange, and Lime. We fermented with a blend of fun White Wine yeasts and conditioned it on gobs of Coconut and a dash of fresh Nutmeg. Oh! And we spunded this one for natural carbonation. So that’s cool, right? …What’s that…? Who gives a shit cuz it’s seltzer?
We experience sweet summertime Cherry Italian Ice, Pineapple Hi-Chew stuck to the roof of your mouth, a spritz of lime juice with a floater of OJ and a delightful dusting of nutmeg. Just wow.
We’ve been messing around with the Hard Seltzers for a minute now, and we’re starting to realize we really dig this line of Cocktail-inspired Seltzers. We’re going to keep riffing on this for a while, so buckle in and let’s go on a weird and wild ride down to Gluten-free town. Y’heard?!
