“The Hustle is Hostile” a return to the world of West Coast IPAs, and we teamed up with our buds @livingwatersbrewing to make it happen!!!
Mashed with @Riverbendmalt 2-Row and Munich, and @proximitymalt Wheat and Dextrin Malt. Hit HARD on the hot side with Columbus and Elani, fermented low and slow and spunded for dat natural carb. Dry hopped only once, but rather aggressively with Centennial Incognito, and a fat dab of Centennial Cryo.
Notes of candied Tangerine peels, a bag of Peach candies, sticky Apricot jam coated in resinous tree sap, the dankness in a parking lot before a Baroness concert, and that first righteous pint of Double Bastard you had from way back when.
We definitely got very stoked to be able to work with the Living Waters crew & find that it’s always the best pairing. This is clear, it is malty, it is yellow, it is bitter, it is dry, and it is dank. Hell yeah. Shred that gnar gnar.
