We wanted to bring some non-Funky/Sour Cider to y’all, and we figure now is as good a time as any.
“Splendid Jewels” is the first in a series of Clean/Dry Cider we’ll be making. It was made with a blend of Golden and Gala Apples, all grown and pressed here in NC. Fermented to total dryness with some new-to-us Wine Yeast, with no additives or adjuncts. Just a straight up Dry Cider.
