“Screamo Engine” is mashed with a base of Riverbend Malt 2-Row along with Wheat, and Flaked Oats. Soured overnight in our kettle and then hit with a hefty dose of Lactose, and fermented with our House IPA yeast. Conditioned on arguably too much Blackberry and a smattering of Passionfruit, a kiss of freshly ground Cinnamon, and (of course) a tasteful amount of Cheesecake.

We experience a screaming sensation of Blackberry Cheesecake drizzled in Passionfruit compote and dusted in Cinnamon, a delicious and quenching Blackberry froyo with Passionfruit chunks and graham cracker chunks, and that really dope fruit leather you find at the “health food store” down the street. You know the deal. It’s a dessert, but also a beer. THE ONLY RULE: there are no rules. Bla bla bla.
