HELLO MY FRIENDS! YOU THOUGHT THE JOURNEY WAS DONE! AHHAHAHAHA WE’VE MERELY JUST BEGUN!… AND THE SUMMIT AWIATS US AGAIN! WE MUST “Return to Magic Cloud Mountain” DDH SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE IPA IS HERE TO WRAP YOU IN YET ANOTHER FLAVOR BLANKET!

Earlier this year, “Magic Cloud Mountain” was released as our first exploration into “Southern Hemisphere IPA” in a way that stripped away Malt character to maximize Hop expression. We loved it so much that we absolutely had to bring it back with a new hop combo and the results are stunning!

Mashed with a base of @riverbendmalt Cumberland Pils and @proximitymalt Wheat, along with a smattering of Flaked Oats and Wheat for extra heft. Hit heavily in the Whirlpool with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin, fermented with our House IPA yeast, dry-hopped once with a heavy handed addition of Vic Secret, and then dry-hopped a second time with a punishing amount of Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Vic Secret, and a heavy dusting of Riwaka CGX AS WELL AS Nelson Sauvin CGX for good measure. Of course, as always, this was spunded for carbonation of the natural variety!

Bursting with notes of Haribo gummies drowning in a river of Pineapple juice with some Passionfruit floaties in there, most likely a Grape Hi-Chew, some magical lil Cutie Tangerines in the Summer, a single piece of dried Mango dipped in Lime sugar, the classic brightness of fruit and depth of miscellaneous tropical fruit character we all know and love from NZ/AU hops, and just a smidge of that CBD-definitely-legal-weed dankness to tie the room together.
