We’re pleased to bring you “Here to Restore”, our OTHER beloved American Pilsner, and it was brewed with LOVE. You may remember “Here to Destroy”, the sibling to this wonderful little ditty. Mashed with Riverbend Malt Chesapeake Pilsner for the base, pummeled with Mt. Hood in the Kettle and Whirlpool, fermented low and slow, spunded for natural carbonation, Lagered for many moons, BLA BLA BLA BLA BLA.
This series is an exploration of American “Noble” Hops on a Pilsner base, so keep your eyes peeled for a new iteration in the “Here to…” series sooner than later as we are pretty happy with the newest tweaks to the base beer we’ve made!
Notes of Dandelion Tea, fresh sap directly from the tree, generic pre-sliced white bread, classic earthy-Pilsner tones, and a dry and crispy finish with a refreshing and pronounced minerality. It’s a Pilsner, dude. You know what to look for, and it’s “Here to Restore”.
