“SPAGHETTI HEROS” is our newest Lager release and it…is…killer. We partnered up with our long-time sweethearts, Crooked Run Fermentation to rile up some West-Coast-meets-Italian-Pilsner suds.
Mashed with a blend of 100% Riverbend Malt consisting of Chesapeake Pils (grown in VA since that’s where CRF is from!), Appalachian Wheat, and their Toasted Sunset Wheat for some EXXXTRA malty depth. We then hit it in the boil with Mt. Hood and Whirlpooled with Cashmere. Fermented low and slow with our House Lager yeast, spunded for dat natural carbonation, Dry Hopped with Saphir and Pacifica, and laid to rest in our Horizontal Lager Tanks for many moons.
We experience a perfect melange of West Coast IPA bred with Italian Pilsner. Rolling prairies covered in Satsuma zest, a touch of Prickly Pear, and a beautiful Country Loaf slathered in Wildflower Honey.
Crisp, slightly malty, just hoppy enough with a noticeable minerality, and just crushable enough to raise Hell and praise Dale. Chippy is as Chippy does, y’all. YEEEEHAWWWW!
