A SECOND FIRE BURNS!!!! ONCE AGAIN, WE MUST TRAVEL INTO THE FLAMES!
“Into the Flames”, our coveted collab with Living Waters Brewing returns! Last brewed as a second-runnings Partigyle IPA, we decided to rebrew this beast as a solo-batch.
Mashed with a medley of Riverbend 2-Row, Proximity Malt Wheat and Dextrin, and a hefty dose of Flaked White and Red Wheat, as well as Torrified Wheat. We utilized the same Incognito hop product as last time, HBC472, on the hot side, fermented with our House IPA yeast and spunded for natural carbonation. Dry Hopped it once with Cashmere, and then hit it in a second Dry Hop with more Cashmere and Vic Secret (this time adding a hefty dose of Idaho 7 Cryo to round it out).
We experience layered waves of Clementine zest, mouthfuls of Zebra Stripe gum, pulpy Pineapple-Mango OJ smoothies, extra ripe Cantaloupe wedges, and tart Peach gummies. Insanely drinkable while still maintaining a full body and explosive nose.
Plus, we wanted an excuse to host the LWB crew and taste through the Wheatwine barrels we stored away last year. Good news: they’re tasting amazing. Bad news: they also need more time. Great news: good things come to those who wait!
