“Death is a Party” is a new Peach Daiquiri Gose meant to transport you right into Summertime poolside vibes, coming in at an approachable 5.6% ABV. Mashed with a base of Riverbend Malt 2-Row, along with Proximity Malt Wheat, and Flaked Oats. Soured overnight in our kettle, then boiled and hit in the Whirlpool with a bevy of Coriander and a blend of Sea Salts. Fermented on the cooler side with our House IPA yeast, and absolutely pummeled with Lime, Peach, Orange, and Tangerine. Very similar to “Back Seat Windows Up”, our Pineapple Orange Margarita Gose, with some tweaks that definitely boosted this one up a few notches.

Notes of sitting poolside while sipping on a Peach Daiquiri with extra salt on the rim. Just like that, but also some nice Lemon Lime skittles, a some Lime Gatorade, and those Peach Gummies we all love. Nice and fruity while still maintaining a high acidity, all balanced by a touch of salinity on the back end. We are VERY happy with this new entry into our line of Margarita/Daiquiri Goses.
