“Polyphia” is our latest American Light Lager, made in collaboration with the greatest of sweethearts Celestial and the one and only heavy riffers Polyphia, in support of their ongoing tour! Celestial and Polyphia partnered with multiple breweries across the country, with each one putting their own spin on an American Light Lager, and all using the same template of name/label provided by the band! What a cool concept! They’ve had beers across the US around areas they’re playing in, and will continue to keep having them pop up at upcoming dates. If we’re not close, keep your eyes peeled! And yes, obviously we’ll have some pre-parties before the shows in Asheville and Raleigh!

Mashed with 100% Riverbend Malt consisting of a beautiful medley of Cumberland Pilsner and Oat Malt, kissed gently throughout the Kettle and Whirlpool with Willamette hops, fermented low and slow with our House Lager yeast, spunded for natural carbonation, and cold-conditioned for many moons in a Horizontal Lager Tank.

We experience an open field picnic filled with fresh Croissants, a kiss of Lemon Verbena, something akin to opening a fresh bag of Haribo Gummy Bears without the sweetness, and some grassiness. Encapsulated in a pillowy, full, yet dry body, with a perfectly thirst-quenching bitterness, and that Chippy Boi™ minerality we all know and love.
