So the word got out that we’re doing a crazy Pickle Party in DRM, and honestly we are a little scared of the crazy response…BUT FEAR NOT! We made ample amounts of “Pickle Life”, the perfect pickle-eating companion beverage!
Mashed with a loving (AND SECRET!) blend of 100% @riverbendmalt Malts, hopped ever-so-gently with yet even more secret additions, and fermented with our House Lager Yeast. Of course, it was spunded for natural carbonation before being laid down to rest in one of our Horizontal Lager Tanks. AND THEN IT WAS CONDITIONED ON A METRIC BUTTLOAD OF PICKLE JUICE AND SEA SALT!
The specific ingredients are not nearly as important as the final product, and we felt that by keeping those close to the chest, the style itself would be the descriptor. And with that, we are very happy to bring this PICKLE ABOMINATION to the fold. Cold, crisp, just enough bite to match the high minerality, just enough hop character to tie the whole room together, and just enough PICKLE CHARACTER TO KEEP ON SLUGGING ‘EM DOWN!
