Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve heard of all the buzz created by the “PB&J Mixtape” series that our dearest buds @xulbeer have been churning out over the past few years. And if you’ve been following us for a while, you’ve probably heard of our “Engine” Cheesecake Sour series. Naturally, we wanted to put our own little riff on the acclaimed XUL PB&J treatment and pair it up with our Cheesecake treatment. AND THE RESULTS ARE SIIIIIIIIIICK, BRUHHHHH!
This GF Sour was conditioned on Peanuts, heaps and heaps and more heaps of Concord Grape, and a very healthy smattering of Cheesecake. Pretty much this is an Uncrustable stuffed inside of a Cheesecake. As the name suggests…
