We teamed up with Bask Band on our first West Coast IPA to commemorate their first live show in two years!
Mashed with a base of Riverbend Malt 2-Row, Proximity Malt Oats, and a touch of Crystal malt. Hit in the Kettle with Columbus, then kissed in the Whirlpool with Cascade before fermenting cool and to ultimate dryness with our Pub Ale Yeast and spunded for 100% natural carbonation. Dry hopped ONLY ONE TIME with Michigan Centennial, and then more Columbus, and Cascade for good measure.
Notes of extra fresh Grapefruit pith, sweet Clementine juice, a bit of Apricot jam covered in sticky Pine sap, and that classic beer named after a nautical missile that started it all for many of us. *cough* TORPEDO *cough*
We’re excited for live music to be back. We’re very excited for Bask to be back and playing live shows. We’re EXTREMELY excited to start down the road of West Coast IPA, and want to assure you that this will certainly not be the last you’ve seen of Clear IPA from us.
