For the finale in our Cake Series, we wanted to bring back the one that started it all (and was the best of all, honestly)…“Fill Thy Cake Hole”. It’s back, it’s been amped up and modified based on a LOT of learning we’ve had recently, and it’s passed multiple rigorous QA/QC rounds. This is a German Chocolate Cake Stout brewed with a base of @riverbendmalt Southern Select and a whole bevy of Specialty Malts, then dosed with Macaroon and Toasted Coconut (twice the original amount), Cocoa Nibs and Husks from @frenchbroadchocolates, Vanilla Beans, and Vanilla Cake (wayyyy less than the original amount). Big and sweet, but very well balanced, and at 8% it’s not gonna totally destroy you.

Notes of toasted marshmallows, a handful of sweet toffee candies, toasted caramel coconut squares, extra fudgy chocolate cake, vanilla frosting, and…uh, yeah, this tastes like German Chocolate Cake (NO NUTS AND NO LACTOSE WERE USED IN THIS BEER).
