What’s a “Death Rattle Paradox”, you ask? Honestly, I have no fucking clue. BUT THIS BEER IS A MANGO WATERMELON KETTLE SOUR GOSE WITH SEA SALT AND CORIANDER, SO HEY!
Mashed with Riverbend 2-Row, a blast of White Wheat, some Flaked Oats, and a touch of Honey Malt. Soured overnight in our Kettle, then boiled and hit in the Whirlpool with a bevy of Coriander and a blend of Sea Salts. Fermented on the cooler side with our House IPA yeast, and absolutely pummeled with Watermelon and Mango. And at 6.3% ABV, this is a Summer treat for sure.
