Sing it! Bring it back to your laboratory! “Creatures of Doom” is our fresh-to-death ESB made in collaboration with a certain special AVL-based, aquatic animal-themed craft beer bar that we cannot name for legal reasons.
It’s been a long time coming and we go way back with the homies, especially with our shared love of old school Hip Hop and English Ales. Fun fact: did you know that Vince helped build the Whale skeleton hanging in their AVL bar? WELL…ISN’T THAT COOL?!
Mashed with a soft medley of Riverbend Southern Select and Proximity Crystal malts, then absolutely buried under a mountain of Fuggles and Challenger on the hot side. Fermented low and slow with our House Pub Yeast, spunded for natural carb on Cask, then bumped up to normal-human carbonation for draft and cans.
