With these GF Fruited Sours, we really lighten up the base and allow the adjuncts/fruit to shine. Not too sweet, not too sour, and yes, it is GF and Lactose Free! OMG WOWOWOW! It is “smoothie style”, too, so plenty of unfermented fruit and creamy sugary goodness, so it is a lil thicccccc.
Pretty much a gigantic Pastelito with a scoop of Ice Cream on top, but in adult alcoholic juice form. That makes sense, and we both know it. A big smack of Guava up front, whispers turning into screams of Peach, the aforementioned scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream on a hot-ass day, and a really cool sweet-sour balance to it all.
