“Below the Murk” is a Sour Gummy Octopus Hard Seltzer. It tastes like candy. It is inexplicably dark Pink/Purple…so… I guess it’s Mauve… It is very much a Hard Seltzer.
Fermented with just an unbelievable amount of Sour Gummy Octopus candies. Like, the most candy by volume we’ve thrown into anything thus far. So many candies. I’m having flashback horrors. We went a bit more dry on this one, in an effort to enhance drinkability and go for more of a Rose-style Seltzer, but…surreal.
*We’ll work on style definition to make it more clear about “sweet and saturated” vs “dry and bubbly” with all this as we dial in our processes, so thanks for bearing with us and riding the weird and wild Seltzer ride.*
We experience dried Cherry skins soaked in that knock-off Kool Aid you’d get in school, a hint of Blueberry Tea, and obviously a handful of mixed fruit Sour Gummy Octopus candies.
