It’s that time of year, so you know what that means: Single Barrel Anniversary Barrel Aged Stout time! “Anniversary 666” is an Imperial Milk Stout aged 30 months in a Single Elijah Craig 20-year Bourbon Barrel! Every year, we select one barrel from our stock that needs absolutely no adjuncts and is a true, shining example of our barrel program. Bottles only available in AVL and DRM, and obviously this is a very limited run since it’s a single barrel! NO DISTRO!
We get a couple notes of warm cups of Cocoa with friends that may or may not have spiked it with some Elijah Craig, fresh and fudgy brownies right out the oven and dunked in a dram of Bourbon, a handful of Hershey’s Kisses, and a super pleasant oaky-vanillin-tannin that just keeps going and going like the goddamn Energizer bunny.
