AMIGOS! Y’ALL ARE EXCEPTIONAL AND EXCEPTIONAL FOLKS DESERVE “AMBER LIFE DELUXE!”

We’ve been undergoing a bit of a brand reset with our Lager program in order to highlight some more traditional styles and bring it under one brand-identity-umbrella (idk man), and so we whipped up “Amber Life”, our take on a Mexican Amber Corn Lager. This was dreamed up by our Cellarperson, Jamis, who was asking for something more Malt-forward, but with a pronounced Corn profile. Obviously, this was the way. This is also for all the old-heads that roll in and ask us if we have an Amber Ale. Everyone has a place on our tap list. We hear you and we appreciate your candor.

Mashed with a loving (AND SECRET!) blend of 100% @riverbendmalt Malts (20% of which was Corn, don’t you worry), hopped ever-so-gently with yet even more secret additions, and fermented with our House Lager Yeast. Of course, it was spunded for natural carbonation before being laid down to rest in one of our Horizontal Lager Tanks.

And with that, we are very happy to add one more super-easy-drinking Lager to our “Life” portfolio. Cold and crisp, a robust-yet-balanced Malt character with an undeniable Corn presence, and just enough hop character to keep you wanting a LIIIIIITLE bit more. Just like 4-8 more Pints, nothing crazy. Call us crazy, but we experience a bit of Outback Steakhouse Brownbread rolls, fresh-out-the-oven Corn biscuits, a hint of just-mown grass, a touch of morning petrichor while watching the sunrise with a cup of Tea, and a very beautiful harmonic balance similar to the energy given off by the color Amber. Fuck yeah.
