Just because we love ya, we had to bring back our Mexican Chocolate Imperial Stout “ABSOLUTELY EXTRATERRESTRIALS” to the fold! Some of our most sought-after Stouts were of this variety, so we laid down a bunch of barrels many years ago and here we are!
Well, we left the Bourbon Barrels alone for a total of 28 Months and just… yowza wowza ding dang is it good. 28mo BBA Mexican Chocolate Imperial Stout…yep, you read that right.
To remind you, this one is chock full of Cacao Nibs and Husks, Poblano Peppers, Vanilla Beans, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg. This is the most robust BBA beer we’ve released, and originally one of the first beers brewed here at DSSOLVR. We’re immensely proud of this liquid brownie-meets-Bourbon-meets-Mexican-Chocolate insanity, and we hope you dig it, too.
