Mashed with a grist of Proximity Malt Pale Ale and a medley of their Specialty malts. Hopped on the hot side with UK Challenger. Fermented with our Pub Ale yeast, spunded for natural carb on Cask, then bumped up to normal-human carbonation for draft and cans.
We experience Tea Cakes drizzled in Orange Marmalade and Fig jam and dusted in Cocoa Powder alongside a spot of English Breakfast tea, a distinct hard minerality, and an absolutely beautiful balance of all components.
