We know it’s been a long time since we’ve released anything SPICY, so when we hit up the Tampa homies Sky Puppy Brewing and our Durham buds Bull City Pepper Company and both parties independently asked if we wanted to get spicy, well, we knew the world was ready for us… and our “SPICY BALLOON BAT”.
Our 3-way collab is a Gluten-Free Sour conditioned on Mango, Watermelon, Brown Sugar, and an immense amount of Yellow Fatalii Ghost Peppers. At a rate of 0.5# of fresh and ground peppers per barrel, THIS MOTHERFUCKER IS ONE SPICY BATBALL! Big waves of Mango and Watermelon, a nice blast of Caramel and Brown Sugar, almost a tropical brightness from the Peppers, and while the base is balanced and bright, there is intentionally not enough sweetness to fully drown out this heat. HOOOO LAWDY THIS IS A HOT ONE!
