Bonjour! Je m’apelle “DYNASTY OF NOTHING”! That’s right! You guessed it! We brought back the style everyone’s been clamoring for: Nouveax French Pils! Save your breath, we can already smell the anticipation in the air.
Mashed with a grist of 100% @RiverbendMalt, comprised of Chesapeake Pils and a dash of Chit. Hopped through the Boil and Whirlpool with French Elixir hops, fermented low and slow with our House Lager Yeast, and spunded for dat natty carb before being laid to rest for a couple-a Moons in our Horizontal Lager tanks.
We experience freshly baked Croissants in the morning, a lovely bouquet of Violets and Jasmine from a secret admirer, a lovely spot of Black Tea, and that classic Chippy Boi™ minerality we all know and love so dearly.
