THE KAIJU SERIES HAS RETURNED!!!!! “KAIJU: BULLDOG” is finally here!
Brewed in collaboration with some of our most radical homies @orchestratedmindsbrewing, it was our turn to release a liquid beast!
We started off with our Kaiju base, a gigantic and thicc Imperial Stout layered with a bevy of specialty and roasted malts, ran on a continuous boil for over 6 hours, and hit with Brown Sugar in the kettle. We fermented it low and slow, cold-conditioned it for many moons, and then threw it right into the DUBAI CHOCOLATE BAR TREATMENT.
We dosed in fresh-roasted Pistachios, fresh-roasted Kataifi, Caramel, Vanilla, and Brown Sugar.
This heavily adjuncted Imperial Stout sat on the mountain of adjuncts for a long while prior to packaging, and the result is pretty spectacular. Huge, thick, sticky Chocolate-covered Pistachios up front, boozy-rich toasted wafer goodness all up in your nose holes, some lil Caramel bon bons, and this is pretty much just a liquid version of those hype-ass Tik Tok Dubai Chocolate bars. Total yum. Come on, taste the Bulldog. It won’t bite.
WARNING: We used copious amounts of Pistachio and Kataifi and don’t recommend cellaring the cans. Keep it cold and drink it fresh, y’all!
