THE KAIJU SERIES HAS RETURNED!!!!! “KAIJU: SNAKE BLOOD” is finally here!
Brewed in collaboration with some of our favoritest humans @wovenwaterbrewing, we have released multiple iterations of this over the years, and now the time has come for us to release the beast in KAIJU FORM!
We started off with our Kaiju base, a gigantic and thicc Imperial Stout layered with a bevy of specialty and roasted malts, ran on a continuous boil for over 6 hours, and hit with Brown Sugar in the kettle. We fermented it low and slow, cold-conditioned it for many moons, and then threw it right into the SNAKE BLOOD TREATMENT.
We dosed in fresh-toasted cacao nibs and husks, Madagascar Vanilla Beans, and a very heavy-handed helping of Raspberries.
This heavily adjuncted Imperial Stout sat on the mountain of adjuncts for a long while prior to packaging, and the result is pretty spectacular. Huge, thick, sticky Chocolate-covered Raspberries up front, boozy-rich Raspberry truffles all up in your nose holes, those caramel-chocolate snake candies falling from the sky, and this is pretty much just a mug full of Chocolate Ganache and Raspberry jam poured over rich-AF fluffy Chocolate Cake on the finish. Total yum. Come on, taste the Snake. It won’t bite.
WARNING: We used copious amounts of fruit and don’t recommend cellaring the cans. Keep it cold and drink it fresh, y’all!
