Mashed with a big base of 100% @riverbendmalt Avalon Pilsner and hopped with Zuuper Saazer for an even-keeled approach of grassy with a twinge of citrus. Fermented low and slow with our House Lager yeast, spunded for natural carbonation, and then Lagered for over 3 months.
We experience fluffy fresh-baked loaves of Bread, a soft touch of Wildflower Honey and Lemon Preserves, Sun-baked fields of fresh-cut grass and the feeling right before a long night of music.
