“Pyramid on the Moon” is a bit of a throwback and a bit of a riff on an old series of Sours to commemorate our 6-year Anniversary! Way back in the day, we used to make ALOT of Gose-style Sour Ales, so heavy amounts of Fruit, Sea Salt, and Coriander. While reminiscing on the last 6 years and how much has changed for us, we realized it had been FOREVER since we had done anything even close to those old Gose approaches. Hopefully this is as much of a blast from the past for you as it is for us!
Buried in a mountain of Mango with a few big splashes of Pomegranate and Ube, as well as a generous dosing of Sea Salt, this lil puppy is really singing! Pretty much a Capri-Sun that someone melted a bunch of Hi-Chews into. Massive Mango and Pomegranate characters doing battle up front, followed by an earthy-umami roundness from the Ube, and a really cool salty-citrus balance at the end from heavy doses of a unique blend of four different Sea Salts. So good, it’ll make you wanna summon your inner party-demon ONCE AGAIN. But, like, still the fun one.
