We used to do a lot of Tiki-inspired beers, and we have recently felt the need to bring that back. “Alien to Pain” is our Painkiller-inspired Tiki-Style Kettle Sour Ale, and it’s comin’ for ya!
Starting off with a base of Riverbend 2-Row, and a heavy dose of Oats and Wheat. Soured overnight in our Kettle, fermented with our House IPA yeast, and then conditioned on just a whole lot of Pineapple, tasteful amounts of Blood Orange and Tangerine, a dash of sweet sweet Coconut, and a light dusting of freshly ground Nutmeg. It is v good, y’all.
Crack open a can and transport yourself to a dimly lit Tiki bar, or our taproom where we usually have Painkiller Slushees, or maybe just back to like 3 weeks ago when Summer was still here. Honestly, do whatever you want with the cans. It’s your life, you should live it how you want!
