Just because we love ya, please welcome our latest Mexican Chocolate Imperial Stout “ABSOLUTELY ALIENS” to the fold! Remember “MOST LIKELY ALIENS”? And then the 12mo BBA version “DEFINITELY ALIENS”?

Well, we left the last two Bourbon Barrels alone for a total of 30 Months and just… yowza wowza ding dang is it good. 30mo BBA Mexican Chocolate Imperial Stout…yep, you read that right.

To remind you, this one is chock full of Cacao Nibs and Husks, Poblano Peppers, Vanilla Beans, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg. This is the most robust BBA beer we’ve released, and these were some of the first barrels we ever filled here at DSSOLVR. We’re immensely proud of this liquid brownie-meets-Bourbon-meets-Mexican-Chocolate insanity, and we hope you dig it, too.
