“Psycho Sigmund’s Viennawine” is COMIN’ FOR YER ASSES!

What in the dad-gum tarnation is Viennawine, you ask? Well, think Barleywine, but with the base malt swapped out in favor of some lovely Vienna malt. We used all Riverbend Malt for the base malts (Vienna, Light and Dark Munich, and Oats), with a kiss of Proximity crystal malts.

The depths and complexities of this minor base malt swap are very deep and complex. We brewed this beer specifically to put into barrels, but we loved it so much that we just had to hold a little back and do a small release.

Our tasting notes include Tootsie Pops, a kiss of wet Oak, some super nice and decadent Bananas Foster, freshly roasted Cacao Nibs, and an unabashed tidal wave of deep and rich malty complexity. Did we mention that this is deeply rich and complex?

It’s so good, it’ll make you say some stupid shit you were thinking in your brain and totally didn’t mean to say, but now you’ve accidentally just told the cashier that you love them. So deep, so complex.
