What’s better than getting caught in the rain? A PINA COLADA CHEESECAKE SOUR! “Escape Engine” is our newest entry into the wild, weird and wacky world of Fruited Cheesecake Sours, so just relax, maaaaaaan.

Starting off with a base of Riverbend 2-Row, and a heavy dose of Oats and Wheat, with just a touch of Lactose to balance things out. Soured overnight in our Kettle, fermented with our House IPA yeast, and then conditioned on just a whole lot of Pineapple, a dash of Cinnamon, a tasteful amount of Cheesecake, and one single boatload of Coconut. It’s got it all, people! Pina AND Colada AND Cheesecake! IN ONE BEER!

Crack open a can and transport yourself to the dunes on the Cape, or maybe a Summer Dessert Oasis of Flavor with those toes in a tiny lil’ inflatable pool. I mean, that’s the same thing, right?
