We’ve been fans of the @percenttaphouse crew for some time now, and they’ve VERY regularly kept our beers in rotation, so when they asked us to whip up a collab for their anniversary, the answer was a very simple: “OH, HELLLLL YEAH!”
Mashed with @riverbend 2-Row, a touch of their Vienna, and a dash of Flaked Oats and hopped extra gently with Cascade. Fermented with our Pub Ale yeast, spunded for natural carbonation, and conditioned atop some tasty Key Lime juice and a tasteful dash of Orange Puree. Essentially, our riff on a Shandy is a simple Blonde Ale with hints of a nice lil’ citrusy blend. Hell yeah!
Notes of a Blonde Ale with a floater of Key Lime juice and a dash of fresh-squeezed OJ. More or less, it is that. Definitely NOT a fruited beer, but more a Tart Blonde with a lil’ sumn extra. Get it.
