“Full of Terrors” is a Coconut Brown Ale and we’re so jazzed to drop this just in time for warmer weather.
We’ve really been digging our journey down the path of “Classic Beer” styles, but we couldn’t make a Brown Ale without throwing Coconut into it, because we are who we are. In case you didn’t know, we love Coconut here at DSSOLVR. We made the brand scary because that’s also just “so DSSOLVR”, right?
Mashed with Riverbend Malt Southern Select and Light Munich for the base, along with a tasty blend of Proximity Crystal malts. Fermented low and slow with our House Pub Yeast and spunded for dat natural carb. Then conditioned on a tasteful amount of Coconut for maximum crushability.
We experience Brown Bread with a small scoop of Coconut Gelato, al late Spring or early Summer morning where you’re just yearning for a Tropical getaway, and a small handful of some lightly toasted Granola with some nice lil Coconut chips in there. Chase away those Sunday Scaries, Morning Terrors, and Negative Vibes with these suds!
