“You’re Solid Gold, I’ll See You in Hell” is a new, fun, nostalgic, sexy, and slightly emo Peanut Butter S’Mores Stout we whipped up with the eternal sweethearts Ceremony Brewing. We were introduced to these beautiful humans a while back, and have been scheming for months to get the perfect beer together. We landed on this idea, and we hope you’re as stoked as we are with how it turned out. Not QUITE as sweet as a “Florida Stout”, but certainly packed with as many adjuncts!

Mashed with a base of Riverbend Malt Southern Select, Munich, Vienna, and a touch of their Smoked Vienna, alongside a hefty smattering of Proximity Malt Crystal and Roasted malts. Fermented with our preferred Pub Ale yeast, spunded for dat natty carb, and then conditioned on an absolutely punishing mountain of Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Marshmallow, Graham Crackers, Peanuts, Honey Roasted Peanuts, and Cacao Nibs from French Broad Chocolates.

We ended up combining our individual approaches to Stout (sorry to our Production team for all the adjuncts) and maxed out the Brite tank in terms of what we can pack in there. We experience S’Mores by the fire with your buds while blasting Fall Out Boy and dipping said S’mores into a jar of Peanut Butter, having an Emo Dance Party by yourself on a long drive and slamming a whole bag of Peanut Butter cups, a cup of Hot Cocoa with a Justin’s Peanut Butter whip, and a great big hug from a 6’5” friendly tallboi named Zach.
