Let us bring the warming vibes of Summertime to your lips, because the party doesn’t need to stop with this cold-ass awful Winter weather. BOOOO Winter! Ain’t no party like a Coconut Party!
Mashed with Riverbend 2-Row and a bevvy of Oats and Wheat malts, hit in the Whirlpool with BRU-1, and fermented with our House IPA yeast before being spunded for natural carbonation. Dry-hopped once with Sabro, then Dry-hopped AGAIN with a bevvy of Cascade, Strata, more Sabro, and a heavy dusting of Citra Cryo. THEN it was conditioned on a boatload of Coconut and a heavy dose of Madagascar Vanilla.
We taste some sorta reference to the devil’s lettuce, a bunch of Pineapple and Mango candies in a hollowed-out Coconut, a nice Pina Colada in the sunshine, dippin’ your toes in the pool for that first day of Summer, and a pleasant French Vanilla gelato drizzled in candied Orange bits.
