“Off to Paradise” is a new and refreshing Tropical Fruited Sour Ale, made in an attempt to bring us all back to the warmer days of Summer. Mashed with Riverbend 2-Row, a dash of Proximity Malt Wheat, and some Flaked Oats. Fermented with our House IPA yeast for maximum juice and spunded for dat natty carb we appreciate oh-so-much, and conditioned on a whole mess of Mango, Pineapple, and Tangerine.
Big ol’ blasts of Mango right off the rip, followed up with a balanced amount of Pineapple and just a tinge of Tangerine to wash it all down. Just a super pleasant fruity lil’ bevvy. No Salt or Coriander needed, as this is a very relaxed and exciting trip to Flavortown on the wings of fruit and fruit alone. And beer. Obviously. So step on up, punch that ticket, buckle your seatbelt, tell your flight attendant you appreciate their hard work even though nobody ever says it to them even though we all know they would love to hear it more often because it’s a thankless job and the entitled people in first class just don’t ever seem to get that, and set off to paradise with us.
