Mashed with Riverbend 2-Row, Proximity Wheat, and a smattering of Flaked Oats. Hopped in the Whirlpool with Cashmere, fermented with our House IPA yeast, and then dry-hopped with BRU-1, and then dry-hopped very aggressively for a second time with a big ol’ dose of Cashmere, BRU-1, Galaxy, and a hefty helping of Cashmere Cryo.
We experience Clementine peels, white gummy bears drenched in fresh Peach juice, Pineapple rinds with a hint of Papaya, and a very smooth dankness that we’ve come to love in our IPAs as of late.
