We figured we kept you waiting long enough for the triumphant return of Clean Cider, but we honestly couldn’t make up our minds on what we should do to celebrate. So we bring you…CIDER TWO WAYS: Dry and Semi-Sweet. The same exact base, but one was fermented all the way out to total dryness, and one was back-sweetened JUUUUUUST a lil’ bit.

“Welcome to the Cult” is our very first Semi-Sweet Sparkling Cider.
“Luminal Dreams” is our next iteration of Dry Sparkling Cider.

Both Ciders come in at 8% ABV, are extremely bright and refreshing and crisp and awesome, and are made from a blend of 100% NC-grown Apple varietals: Golden Delicious, Gold Rush, Fuji, and Pink Lady. We really can’t decide which one we like more (that’s a lie, we have an in-house favorite), so we genuinely want to know which one you prefer!

So come on down to the taproom and scoop some for yourselves! Try them side by side! Buy the one you like and tell your friend to buy the other so you can make them try it with you!
