Re-introducing “Haven’t Talked Names Yet”! This Coconut White DIPA collab with our relentless comrades at Incendiary Brewing is BACK, unleashed upon the masses! Last year, this bad little number tore through the Summer scene, and we couldn’t resist resurrecting it for another round of pure devastation.

We kicked off the mosh pit with a mash of Riverbend Malt 2-row, unleashing a merciless onslaught of Proximity Malt Wheat and Oats. The whirlpool was a frenzied chaos, as BRU-1 exploded into the mix, accompanied by an abundance of fresh-squeezed Orange Juice and freshly-zested Orange Peel, amped up from last time. And let’s not forget the heavy artillery of Coriander we dropped in. Fermented with our House IPA yeast, we riffed on Mandarina Bavaria for a vicious dry-hop assault, followed by an encore (second dry hop) of Mandarina, BRU-1, Sabro, and just a sprinkle of Citra Cryo. But we weren’t done there, oh no! We then steeped this beast in a relentless wave of Coconut. So much Coconut.

Prepare yourselves for the onslaught of flavors! Brace for the eruption of Pineapple Pez, as if scoops of Coconut Ice Cream conquered Clementine wedges on a mission. Picture yourself back in the day, chilling by the pool in middle school, indulging in a cold Flintstones orange push pop. And as if that wasn’t enough, we summon the essence of freshly baked challah bread and delicate whispers of freshly ground, citrusy Coriander.
