WHO STABBED ME WITH FLAVOR?! We’ve got a fresh Bhramari collab for ya! “Forgotten Assassin” is an Imperial Fruited Sour Ale w/ Passionfruit, Raspberry, Vanilla, and Coconut, and was made in honor of their upcoming festival, “Above the Clouds”.
We took a base of Riverbend Malt 2-Row, a dash of Wheat, some Oats, kettle-soured it overnight, boiled it right up with a bit of Lactose, and fermented it low and slow with our House IPA yeast. We then conditioned it on a very large volume of Passionfruit, a dash of Raspberry, a few heaping mounds of Madagascar Vanilla Bean, Cream of Coconut, and finally a whole mess of Desiccated Macaroon Coconut…just for good measure.
Expect tropical breezes filled with Passion Fruit sweetness, bags and bags of Tropical Haribo Gummies, and a Vanilla Milkshake served up in a hollowed out Coconut. Bang bang, baby!
