“Death Con Leche” is the next evolution of our new, fun, sexy, and BLARING METAL AF Stouts. This one’s a Cuban Coffee Imperial Milk Stout, and it’s a ripper for sure.
Mashed with a base of Riverbend Malt Southern Select, Munich, and Vienna, alongside a hefty smattering of Proximity Malt Crystal and Roasted malts, along with a smattering of Lactose. Fermented with our preferred Pub Ale yeast, spunded for dat natty carb, and then conditioned on a big ole’ heaping pile of Cuban Coffee, along with some freshly roasted beans from Cooperative Coffee. It clocks in at 10% ABV, but it sure as hell doesn’t drink like it, and it is straight up CHOCK FULL O’ DEM BEANS, BABY!
It’s similar to walking into a Cafe in Miami and getting a Cafe con Leche with a freshly baked ooey-gooey Fudge Brownie because you deserve a lil’ treat. Or, maybe you’ll find yourself immersed in the experience of waking up early to the smells of a fresh batch of Cafe Bustelo going on the percolator while someone whips up the fresh Crema from the stickiest of brown sugars and slides a nice chunk of Dark Chocolate your way. That’s a totally relatable experience, right?
