Mashed with a base of Riverbend Malt 2-Row, along Proximity Malt Wheat, and a touch of Flaked Oats. Soured overnight in our kettle, then boiled and hit in the Whirlpool with a big ol’ blast of Lactose. Fermented on the cooler side with our House IPA yeast, and absolutely pummeled with Peach and Apricot before being conditioned on just a stupid amount of Cheesecake, Pineapple, Orange, and Tangerine. It’s a Smoothie-style Fruited Cheesecake Kettle Sour Ale, because why not?
Modeled after our favorite lil treats just absolutely drowned in sweet and sour sauce. We experience waves of fruity Apricot and Peach with a touch of tropical twang, a beautiful balance of Sweet and Sour, and of course…THE POWER OF THE CHEESECAKE! Ya know, for the cream cheese bit. We didn’t put crab in this, obviously.
